Inner Compass

This Erasmus+ project focuses on student wellbeing. Mental health issues are on the rise, lots of students are struggling. What can we do to build resilience? And what does that mean? How can we increase the student's wellbeing at school? The students of Athena went north to find answers and collaborated with our finnish partner school Liedon Lukio.

Preparation of the mobility

The students of Inner Compass researched the impact of nature and sports on wellbeing, interviewed the student counselors and investigated the student wellbeing of their peers in Campus Centrum. They also presented the finnish school system and plans for peer coaching at school. Their parents were invited to the try-out of these presentations, resulting in engaging conversations and community building.
