CITILANG
Citilang (Language and citizenship in a European context) is an inspiring eTwinning project that blends language learning with active citizenship. It empowers students to practice foreign languages they already know, like English, while sparking their interest in discovering new ones such as Spanish and Dutch.
A key highlight of the project is the unique opportunity for students to connect through exchange programs in Almendralejo, Spain, and Ostend, Belgium. These vibrant cultural exchanges allow participants to immerse themselves in the traditions, lifestyles, and heritage of these beautiful cities.
With 20 Spanish and 20 Belgian students taking part, every voice contributes to the project’s dynamic culture. Citilang goes beyond language skills—it fosters global friendships and a deeper appreciation of diversity.
